Kristina Neill, co-founder of RTB California, was on a pathway to destruction with a lifestyle full of parties, alcohol, and poor choices.  Finally at her lowest point Kristina decided to change her life. She got around positive people and began making an impact in her community. She currently teaches dance to young girls at an outreach center in South Sacramento.  She coaches them to a higher level of self-esteem and pushes them towards greatness.  In August of 2008, Kristina had a dream that birthed Rock the Block California in her heart, which she now works passionately to fulfill.

Dean Johnson, co-founder of RTB California, has been motivating people of all ages since 2004. He travels with a team of athletes called Radical Reality, bringing a message of hope and positive self-esteem to over 250,000 young people each year in high school and junior high school assemblies across the nation. Dean knows first hand what it is to be lost with no hope for a future and full of anger. He has turned those failures into victories and is a true believer in the power of a dream.
